Itinerary

Day 1: Jodhpur arrival

Arrive in Jodhpur and transfer to the hotel. Explore the blue city of Jodhpur. It was in 1459 when Rao Jodha founded the blue city of Jodhpur. In the afternoon, visit the Mehrangarh Fort and JaswantThada. Browse through the shops to buy colorful handicrafts / souvenirs Overnight stay in Jodhpur.

Day 02: Jodhpur – Jaisalmer: 

Located in the Thar Desert, the city is fondly called as the Golden City. RawalJaisal founded the golden city of Jaisalmer in 1156. The city boasts of its beautifully painted havelis. Arrive in Jaisalmer and check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. Over night stay at the hotel in Jaisalmer.

Day 03: Jaisalmer:

In the morning, visit the major tourist attractions of Jaisalmer such as the Jaisalmer Fort, NathmalJi Ki Haveli, Salim Singh Ki Haveli, PatwonJi Ki Haveli, and the  Jain temple.  Set off for the Sam or Khuri village for doing camel safari( Camel safari to be arranged and paid directly) in sand dunes. Loose yourself to the golden fantasy during camel safari. Return to the hotel for night stay in Jaisalmer.

Day 04: Jaisalmer – Bikaner (333 kms/ 6-7 hrs):

Depart for the desert city of Bikaner after breakfast. Rao Bikaji founded the desert city of Bikaner in the 15th century. The city offers an escape from the hustle-bustle of the urban city life. Arrive in Bikaner and transfer to the hotel.   Later visit Shiv Bari Temple (Fortified by a high wall the temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. Maharaja Doongar Singh constructed it in the ninth century in the memory of his father MaharajLallSinghji) and Deshnok Temple (Deshnok is a small village situated 32 km south from Bikaner city along the Jodhpur Road. It is connected by national highway and rail. It is a pilgrim centre of Karni Mata. Karni Mata, considered as an incarnation of Goddess Durga lived here in the fourteenth century and performed many miracles. Originally the village was called ‘dus- nok’ meaning ten corners as it was formed by taking ten corners of ten villages). Overnight stay in Bikaner.

Day 05 : Bikaner:

This morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel and embark on a visit to the Junagarh Fort and the Lalgarh Fort. And later transfer to the railway station for your onward journey.
