Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Jaipur

Arrive at the Sanganer airport in the magnificent Pink City of Jaipur. On arrival, check in to your hotel. Rest of the day free to Relax, or explore Jaipur by yourself.  Stay overnight at the hotel

Day 2: Jaipur Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed to visit the Amber Fort, located 11 kilometers away from Jaipur. Enroute, visit the HawaMahal and JantarMantar. Ride an elephant to reach the gates of the fort.

Also visit Chandra Mahal, Shri GovindDeo Temple and the City Palace Museum that has the private collection of Jaipur Maharajas.

Next, take a walk through the colorful Jaipur bazaar and visit a factory to see the famous block printing work, which is one of Jaipur’s specialities. In the evening, drive through the new city of Jaipur and visit Laxmi Narayan Mandir – a temple built in white marble. Return to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 3 :  Jaipur – Jodhpur (331 kilometres/6 hours)

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive to Jodhpur in the early morning. Jodhpur is the second largest city in Rajasthan and is also known as the blue city as most of the houses here are painted blue. The old city is surrounded by a 10 kilometres long wall, which has 101 bastions and seven gates.

The evening is free to explore the textile and antique markets. Have a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Jodhpur

On your tour of Jodhpur, visit the Mehrangarh Fort, which was built on a steep hill. The fort is among the best in India with exquisitely latticed windows in residential complexes. Later, proceed to visit the JaswantThada, a royal cenotaph built in white marble. You can also stroll down the markets of Jodhpur. Stay overnight at the hotel in Jodhpur.

Day 5: Jodhpur – Jaisalmer (305 kilometres/6 hours)

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive through the desert to proceed for Jaisalmer. Famous for its carved havelis (grand mansions), Jaisalmer is a marvel of beautiful culture and the city is one of the most exotic ones in India. After reaching Jaisalmer, check in to the hotel. Stay overnight at the hotel in Jaisalmer.

Day 6: Jaisalmer | Sightseeing

After breakfast, go for a sightseeing tour of the city covering the stunning Jain temples inside the Sonar Quila. The palace museum inside this fort exhibits a rich collection of imperial dresses and artefacts belonging to the royal family of Jaisalmer. You will see havelis with convoluted designs and latticed windows such as Patwaon-ki-Haveli and the Gadisar Lake, which are a treat to watch during sunset. Later in the evening, drive 40 kilometres away from Jaisalmer to the sand dunes and enjoy the camel ride/camel cart ride to the Sunset Point and Sam Sand Dunes. Return to Jaisalmer and stay overnight at the hotel in Jaisalmer.

Day 7: Jaisalmer – Mount Abu (450 kilometres/9-10 hours)

After early Breakfast, start for Mount Abu. Arrival check into Hotel, In the evening, enjoy boating on Nakki Lake. Thereafter, stroll down the bazaar up to the Sunset Point from where you can get a wonderful view of the setting sun. Stay overnight at the hotel in Mount Abu.

Day 8 : Mount Abu – Udaipur (185kms/approx  5-6 hour drive)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel, go for Sightseeing visit the Guru Shikhar and famous Dilwara Jain temples. Later  drive to Udaipur.

Upon Arrival, Check into Hotel Later, In the evening, enjoy a boat ride on Lake Pichola. Comfortably stay overnight at the hotel in Udaipur.

Day 9 : Udaipur

After breakfast, Visit the City Palace museum, the biggest palace complex in India,  the Jagdish temple, Sahelion Ki Bari (Queen’s resort for their friends) BhartiyaLok Kala Mandir (Folk art museum), which has a rich collection of folk dresses, puppets, dolls, masks, ornaments, folk musical instruments and paintings on display and the Pratap Memorial.

Later also enjoy a leisurely boat ride on the picturesque Lake Pichola. Stay overnight at the hotel in Udaipur.

Day 10 : Udaipur  Departure

After breakfast, check-out of the hotel and transfer to the airport for your return flight.
